First, log in to your Mint account. Once you’re logged in, click on your profile picture in the top right corner of the screen. Then, select “Settings” from the drop-down menu. On the Settings page, scroll down to the “Delete Account” section. Click on the “Delete Account” button and follow the instructions on the screen. Your Mint account will be deleted permanently, and all of your data will be erased.
Deleting your Mint account is a permanent process. Once your account is deleted, you will not be able to recover any of your data. If you’re not sure whether you want to delete your account, we recommend that you first export your data by clicking on the “Export Data” button on the Settings page. This will create a file that contains all of your Mint data, which you can then import into another budgeting app if you decide to switch.
